Meet The Physicians
Dr. Kenneth Lee
Dr. Kenneth Lee is a board-certified orthopaedic spine surgeon specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery, trauma, tumors, and complex reconstructive procedures. A graduate of Duke University School of Medicine with fellowship training at UCLA Medical Center, he integrates advanced surgical techniques with a conservative, patient-centered approach, prioritizing non-operative solutions whenever possible.
Dr. David Crumbie
Assistant Professor, Orthopedic Surgery — UTHealth Houston
Board-certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Crumbie specializes in sports medicine with expertise in shoulder and knee injuries. He is the assistant team physician for the Houston Rockets, University of Houston Athletics, and several Houston-area high schools.
He trained at the University of Florida and completed his Sports Medicine Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Crumbie is a member of the AAOS and AOSSM.
Dr. J. Lance LaFleur
Dr. J. Lance LaFleur is a fellowship-trained, board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain physician. Holding a neuroscience degree from Tulane University and an MD/MBA from Texas Tech University, he trained at leading institutions including M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and Houston Methodist Hospital. Dr. LaFleur specializes in cancer pain, post-laminectomy syndrome, and complex regional pain syndrome, offering innovative treatments that restore comfort and quality of Life

Affiliated with HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, he offers comprehensive care for a variety of conditions, including heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes. A graduate of Ross University School of Medicine, Dr. Le is known for his compassionate approach and dedication to improving long-term health outcomes for his patients.
